PURPOSE: A foaming mold structure for an impact pad of a vehicle is provided to prevent contamination of a steel plate from dust and moisture and separation of a steel plate from a foaming impact pad. CONSTITUTION: A foaming mold structure for an impact pad of a vehicle(100) comprises a top mold(10), a bottom mold(20), a steel plate(50), and a fixing member. The top mold partially corresponds to the shape of an upper part of an impact pad. The bottom mold is contacted to the top mold and partially corresponds to a lower part of the impact pad. The steel plate is arranged inside the bottom mold separately from the bottom of the bottom mold at a predetermined interval. The fixing member is installed in the bottom mold to fix the steel plate.
