An exercise device comprising a base frame, a rotatable arm 150 connected to the base frame and a rotatable platform 180 mounted on the arm 150. The arm 150 may be adjustable to form a plurality of angles with the base and may be extendable to increase the distance from the platform 180 to the centre of the base. Rotation may be provided by ball bearings. A pair of posts 109 with handles 113 may extend up from the base. The platform may be supported by a pillar 118 extending down to the base and the pillar 118 may be of an adjustable length and have a wheel on its bottom. The device may be used for abdominal exercises or an aerobic workout. Also disclosed is an exercise device with a rotatable platform mounted on a rolling mechanism which engages a track. |
