PURPOSE: A drink having hair loss prevention function and hair growth-promotion function is provided to prevent the generation of side effects on the human body. CONSTITUTION: A drink having hair loss prevention function and hair growth-promotion function contains 100 parts of duck egg inner shell membrane extract by weight, and 5-30 parts of stem extract by weight of taraxacum coreanum. The duck egg inner shell membrane extract is obtained by inserting 0.1-2 parts of duck egg inner shell membrane by weight into 100 parts of water by weight, and hot-water extracting for 2-5 hours. The stem extract of the taraxacum coreanum is obtained by mixing 80-90 parts of taraxacum coreanum stems by weight and 10-20 parts of water by weight, and concentrating the mixture at 80-90 deg C for 60-80 hours before compressing.
