PURPOSE: An electronic card terminal device, a transaction communication device, a sale management device, an electronic card supporting server, an electronic receipt providing system, an electronic receipt providing method and a recording medium with a computer program are provided to offer electronic receipt information in detail, wherein the electronic card terminal device directly issues the electronic receipt. CONSTITUTION: A transaction communication device(200) records receipt information of a receipt message on an electronic card. A sale management device(300) generates credit card payment transaction information. When credit card payment is authorized, a credit card payment authorization server(400) transmits an authorized credit card payment message and a payment history of the credit card payment. An electronic card terminal(100) device issues an electronic receipt.
