PURPOSE: A hot plate for heating is provided to increase the heat exchange efficiency by having a circular stair structure in the center of the plate, thereby making air flow smoothly in the low side of a heating fan. CONSTITUTION: A hot plate(200) includes a substrate(210) and a heating fin unit. The substrate thermally contacts with a high temperature generator of a thermoelectric module unit. The heating fin unit is arranged in a horizontal direction on the substrate. The heating fin unit comprises a plurality of heating fins which are arranged in parallel separately from each other. A circular stair structure unit(230) is formed in the center of the heating fin unit.
