PURPOSE: A control information receiving method in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to effectively encode control information using RM(Reed-Muller) coding scheme. CONSTITUTION: The number of resource elements is determined in order to transmit information data. The bit size of the information data is compared with a predetermined number. Even data among the information data is allocated to first information data. Odd data among the information data is allocated to second information data. An RM(Reed-Muller) coding scheme is respectively applied to the first information data and the second information data. The first information data and the second information data are encoded. The encoded first information data and the second information data are combined. The combined data is transmitted using the determined number of resource elements.
