PURPOSE: A heating element for a microwave is provided to obtain high efficiency with low costs by responding a heating element to a microwave and generating a heat of ultra-high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A silicon carbide raw material in which purity is 90~99%, bar 10-15weight%, and sintering accelerant are mixed(S10). The mixer is dried in a react-dry mixing machine with high temperature(S20). A molding particle is manufactured by adding moisture to the mixer(S30). The molding particle of the mixer is molded to a selected shape through a molding device which uses a press or pressure(S40). A heating element which is formed by molding the molding particle is sintered in a high temperature oven(S50). |
