<p>PURPOSE: A rotary feeder for rods and a heat treatment device for rods using the same are provided to enable uniform and smooth heat treatment on various types of rods, thereby improving heat treatment quality and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A rotary feeder for rods comprises a driving roller(41) which is connected to an electric device and installed at an angle, a support roller(42) which presses a rod against the driving roller, roller frames(43) in which the driving roller and the support roller are installed to rotate, a connecting spring(44) which connects the roller frames, and an outer frame(45) in which the roller frames are installed. Each roller frame comprises a plate, front and rear brackets which fasten the axes of the driving roller and the support roller, and a guide bar which guides the up and down motions of the driving roller and the support roller.</p> |
