PURPOSE: A hair growth composition containing ethanol extract of Allium senescens is provided to ensure excellent hair growth effect without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A hair growth composition contains 5-20%(w/v) of ethanol extract of Allium senescens. The extract is prepared by dipping Allium senescens in 20-40%(v/v) ethanol and maintaining at room temperature for three or more months, filtering, and removing ethanol and moisture. The composition is manufactured in the form of liquid, cream, lotion, gel, or aerosol.
