A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products is provided with a pocket conveyor for storing syringes and/or bottles, a dosing station for transferring at least one pharmaceutical from a syringe to a bottle, and a gripping and transporting device for transferring the syringes and/or the bottles between the pocket conveyor and the dosing station; the pocket conveyor being mobile along a loop-shaped path and being provided with a plurality of pockets each adapted to receive and withhold a respective syringe and/or a respective bottle.
