PURPOSE: A prism sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using the outermost sheet among optical sheets. CONSTITUTION: A prism sheet(10) includes a base film(12), a prism peak pattern(11) and a tilt prism(15). The base film is transparent. The prism peak pattern is formed on the base film. The tilt prism is inserted into the prism peak pattern. A refractive index of the tilt prism is 1 or greater and is as small as 0.4 in comparison with the refractive index of the prism peak pattern.
