PURPOSE: A method for fabricating cotton toe socks is provided to minimize skin irritation in wearing the socks. CONSTITUTION: A cotton toe sock comprises a cotton covering fiber, a cotton textile fiber, a toe part(32), a foot body part(34), a heel part(36), an ankle part(38), and a band part at the upper ankle. The inner thread for the socks is a cotton covering fiber which is prepared by twisting cotton fibers and rubber threads. The outer thread for the socks is cotton fiber. A knitted sock is thermally processed by steam. |
