摘要

The filming liquid component for a cathode-ray tube is spread on a fluorescent film before a formation of an aluminum film in order to improve a smoothing degree and includes a polyvinyl alcohol from 500 to 1000 in a polymerization, an acrylic polymer and solvent, thereby elevating the smoothing degree by preventing an unevenness of the filming film itself to improve a luminescent brightness of the fluorescent film.
