The apparatus includes a heat-emitting resistor for reducing current which flows through a coil of phase in the nonconductive section of the phase of the reluctance motor, a rotating circular plate in which detection holes are formed, a tree sensor for sensing the detection holes, a logic gate for constructing a logic circuit for two sensor among the tree sensor, a switch for switching current applied to the coil according to the output of the logic gate, and a switch turned on or off according to the output signal of the remaining sensor, thereby accurately detecting the rotation angle of the rotator.
