A conjugated yarn was prepared by confounding more than 2 kinds of polyester undrawing yarn having a different phisical properties. One is an undrawing polyester yarn having an orientation of 15 X 10-3 - 30 X 10-3 spinned in a velosity of 1,700-2,500 m/min, the other is an undrawing yarn having an orientation of 4 X 10-3 - 18 X 10-3 spinned in a velosity of 900-1,600 m/min. The 2 kinds of the undrawing yarn were simultaneously drew and confounded at Tg±20 deg.C, 1.5-2.7 orientation to give the title yarn.
