Novelty: Hydrogen production method. Constitution: One hydro-generator (fig. B) made of 11 metal stainless plates-elements (fig. &Ggr;), 12 insulation rings (flanges) (fig. B), 2 external exit plates (fig. B), one PVC tube connecting the water tube to the gas tube (fig. A), one gaseous hydrogen outlet, one check valve (fig. A), 2 aluminium angles fixing the cell, 4 screws (fig. A) retaining the cell, 12 nuts (fig. A) (3 for each screw), 2 butterfly nuts for easy connection to the energy source, 2 feeders (black or red wire of the type E51583 UL (AWG 10), southwire 5,26 mm2, AWM 600 volts) (fig. A), one PVC water tank (fig. A), one 50 Amp amperometer (fig. A), one ON-OFF switch (fig. A), one relay of the type IMC 40A/30A - 12v (fig. A), one buss fuse (cbc-30a HB 12128), and current supply of from 12 to 13 volts. Advantages: Zero pollutants and zero heavy metals; hydrogen combustion 120,7 Kj/gr; the most basic feature of the invention is that the invented method demands for electrolysis only 65,3 Wh per water molecule and temperature of 24,6 degrees Celcius; it is a reliable and stainless system which consumes least energy, occupies least space (500-650cc) and produces 3,8-10,3 litre/minute with use of KOH catalyst (see figures A, &Bgr;, &Ggr;). |
