LED PROTECTION CIRDUIT ACCORDING TO RISING TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: An LED protection circuit is provided to protect an LED and to prevent the deformation of a fluorescent substance spread on the LED and to extend the lifetime of the LED by bypassing a part of a current when temperature is risen by a heat. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED arrays(12-14) including an LED is formed in an LED optical source part(10). A plurality of LED arrays is mutually connected in a row. A current bypass part(20) controls a driving current when ambient temperature is risen. Both ends of the current bypass part are connected to a driving current input terminal and a driving current output terminal. The current bypass part comprises a diode in which both ends are connected to the driving current input terminal and the driving current output terminal as a reverse voltage bias state.
