Invention herewith described refers to the system and method for the protection against burglars, based on the user behaviour studies. More specifically, the invention is intended to deter intrusion of potential burglars using the wireless communication network. This invention allows performing in the standby mode: studying the daily behaviour of the user, the learned behaviour classification according to the period when it incurred (For ins. working day, weekend, season ...), the wireless data exchange as well as the processing and storage of classified data on the behaviour of the database. In active mode, the following is performed: selection of the appropriate form of behaviour from the database, based on the a appropriate system time, then reproducing the learned behaviour of the user in terms of the intelligent automated management of lighting or domestic electrical appliances (TV, audio ...), in order to create the illusion for an external observer that the user is at home.
