PURPOSE: A strap block re-processing method is provided to enable an operator to reuse a strap block by slightly cutting a surface of a strap block within 0.05mm. CONSTITUTION: A strap block re-processing method is as follows. The strap block separates from a deposition apparatus. The strap block is impregnated in the cleaning water containing the wet chemical and is dipped in cleaning water containing chemical detergent and chemically cleaned(S10). The surface layer of the washed strap block is cut by the cutting apparatus in the constant thickness(S20). A tab portion of the cut strap block is processed by a tapping machine(S30). The heat is applied in the strap block for fixed hours(S40).
