The invention relates to building, in particular, to utilization of used roofing covering, components of processing of which can be used at repair roofing coats, and also at road maintenance an production of new bitumen-containing materials. A complex for processing bitumen-containing wastes of soft roofing material comprises a unit of pre-crushing pieces of ruberoid-bitumen roofing coverings into smaller lumps, a breaker of small lumps, a belt conveyor connecting of the pre-crusher with the breaker, a unit for grading milled material with a many-sided rotating drum with perforated walls therein and an inlet fitting, a tubular box for connecting the breaker discharge cavity with an inlet fitting of the rotating drum, a unit for collecting dust-like bitumen with air reflectors and a unit for discharging purified air , an air conduit for connecting the grading cavity unit and the unit for collecting dust-like bitumen, storages for storing bitumen powder, dust-like bitumen and milled bitumen cardboard. A novel inventive feature is characterized in that the unit of pre-crushing is configured as a working shaft with a drive and cutting blades arranged above the belt conveyor on a frame and adapted to provide mechanized tear-off (cutting-off) ruberoid-bitumen roofing covering from pre-cleaned pieces not exceeding the required size, the unit also comprises a protective casing with loading and discharging ports, a guiding and support plates and also a limiting strip in the zone of the loading port, wherein the inventive complex is further provided with an attached receiving table arranged in the zone of inspection and incoming control, a trestle flooring with railing and a stairs arranged therealong and a means for mechanized delivery pieces of ruberoid-bitumen roofing covering, capacities of sorted out useless items and materials, wherein the table is inclined towards the loading port of the inventive complex, the table has slots for dropping down useless items and a tray beneath there under and inclined towards a container for collecting useless items and materials. The means for mechanized delivery pieces of ruberoid-bitumen roofing covering to the receiving table may be, for example, a bucket autoloader. The proposed improvements provide to reduce manual operations and loss of time, improve servicing, speed up the process of breaking bitumen roofing materials, to increase production output, reliability and effectiveness of the complex. |
