The invention relates to a transverse switched reluctance electric generator intended for producing electric energy. According to the invention, the generator is an A.C. electric machine consisting of an annular ferromagnetic stator which comprises, in the main embodiment, two coaxial stator cores separated by induction magnets or electromagnets, each of them being made of four poles with four electro-generating windings arranged either radially, on the poles, or transverse, between the poles, and a central ferromagnetic rotor having the polar length equal with the length of the stator cores, which achieves a circuit closing consecutively between two parallel poles located on the cores with opposite magnetic polarizations. |
