PURPOSE: A light collecting device is provided to arrange a photo diode in other end-side cross-sectional surface, thereby effectively and uniformly collecting incident light emitted from a light reflection part. CONSTITUTION: A light concentrator(12) comprises an incidence surface(122) and a light exit surface(124). The light concentrator is comprised of colloid or glass materials. Two end cross-sectional surfaces(142,144) are located in one side and the other side of a light reflection part(14). The light received from the light exit surface is projected to other end-side cross-sectional surface of the light reflection part after passing a reflection layer(146). A photo diode(16) receives the light transferred from the light reflection part. |
