<p>The invention relates to a device and method for producing dynamic lighting effects on a advertising panel with frontal lighting. The claimed device comprises a system (10) for polarizing the artificial light which may be fastened on at least one source of artificial light (3A), and which contains a frame support (7) for fastening on the light source (3A), one or several guide elements (8) mounted on the frame support (7), a transparent disc (11) manufactured of a material with light-polarizing properties and an element (9) for driving the disc (11), a system (12) which can be fastened on at least another source of light (3B), and which comprises a filter-support (13), required for fixing on the source of light (3B), and a shield-type element (6) mounted on the support (13) with an effect of neutralizing the polarization of artificial light and a system (14) for activating the dynamic lighting effect fastened on the banner type surface (4) of an advertising panel (1) in an area wherein there is required the creation of a dynamic lighting effect and consisting of a first element (17) structured so that it forms an advertising image and a second element (16) of light-polarizing material. The method for producing dynamic lighting effects consists in the frontal lighting a banner-type advertising panel, whereon there was applied a system for activating a dynamic lighting effect, with the light generated by one or several sources of polarized artificial light as well as by one or several sources of artificial light having applied a filter with an effect of neutralizing the polarization of artificial light.</p> |
