<p>The invention relates to a quick-joining fitting intended to be used for connecting and sealing two metal pipes, for obturating a pipe end with a plug or connecting a pipe to an equipment, the said fitting being useful in any type of hydraulic or pneumatic installation through which there circulate fluids under high pressures of up to 315 barr. According to the invention, the fitting consists of an internally bored and externally threaded connection piece (5) wherein there are introduced the pipes (1 and 2), which are blocked by two pairs of disc springs (7) flush mounted into the ends of the connection piece (5), by clamping the two special nuts (3 and 6) placed at the ends of the connection piece (5), the said nuts being internally threaded and concentrically bored, so that the pipes (3 and 6) can pass through said holes to the interior of the connection piece (5).</p> |
