PURPOSE: A vacuum insulation panel using getter materials having an excellent surface flatness and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to measure a thermal conductivity through using getter materials only by applying a hard plate to getter materials. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulation panel using getter materials having an excellent surface flatness comprises getter materials(220), a core material(210), and an outer covering material(230). The getter material comprises a container containing the powder-type moisture absorbent. A getter material receiving part is formed on the upper surface of the core material. The outer covering material seals the core material and getter materials. The hard plate is formed in a contacting part with the outer covering material.
