Disclosed is a method for production of a T cell population capable of expressing CD45RA and also expressing at least one substance selected from the group consisting of CD62L, CCR7, CD27 and CD28, characterized in that the method comprises the step of cultivating a cell population containing T cells in the presence of a fibronectin, a fragment thereof or a mixture thereof.
