PURPOSE: A latch device for the terminal connection of an LED module test socket is provided to enable a latch device to automatically test a plurality of LED modules. CONSTITUTION: A latch device for terminal connection(200) of a module test socket includes two or more latches(201a~201d), one or more insertion bodies(202), a linear hinge shaft(204), a linear fixing shaft(205), and upper and lower driving bodies(203). Each of the latches is supported in a lower body. Each latch is installed to be rotated. Each latch is rotated according to the operation of the upper and lower driving body. |
