PURPOSE: A heat transfer buffer plate cutting apparatus of a nuclear power plant is provided to automatically cut a heat transfer buffer plate using a remote controller, thereby rapidly and conveniently performing a heat transfer buffer plate cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A main body frame(1) is inserted into a heat transfer buffer plate(S). A pair of fixing arms(2) fixes both parts of one inner wall side of the heat transfer buffer plate. A vertical transfer device(3) transfers the main body frame to the outside of the fixing arm from the inside. A pair of stationary cylinders(6) fixes a part of the other inner wall side of the heat transfer buffer plate through a fixing part(5) installed on a rod(4). A cutter(8) cuts the heat transfer buffer plate in a longitudinal direction.
