PURPOSE: An accelerating device of mixing and melting liquid is provided to reduce mixing time to 3-5 minutes, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: An accelerating device of mixing and melting liquid comprises a main body, a shaft(120), an inlet unit(130), and an outlet unit(140). The top of the main body is obstructed, and inside and bottom are empty. The shaft is in the middle of the top of the main body. The shaft is accepted into a shaft containing groove which is formed in the middle of an impeller. The shaft rotates the accelerating device of mixing and melting liquid to the opposite direction of the impeller. The inlet unit is formed on the top of the main body. The inlet unit runs the liquid and the powder into the inside of accelerating device of mixing and melting liquid. The outlet unit is in the bottom side of the main body. The outlet unit discharges the liquid flowed into the inside of the accelerating device of mixing and melting liquid to outside.
