PURPOSE: An exercise system using augmented reality and gesture recognition technology and a method thereof are provided to diagnose and prescribe for muscloskeletal diseases. CONSTITUTION: At least one or more image acquiring units acquire an image of a fixed area. A virtual object generating unit(230) generates a virtual object based on an object in the image. A display unit(250) displays the image and the virtual object. A gesture recognizing unit(260) recognizes an exercising posture and action of the object by analyzing the image. The virtual object interacts with the movement of the object. |
