AUTOMATIC ELECTRICITY TAKING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RUBBER TYRED CONTAINER GANTRY CRANE

An automatic electricity-acquisition system and method for a tyre type container gantry crane are disclosed. The automatic electricity-acquisition system includes a current-collecting mobile trolley (1), a horizontal telescopic mechanism (2), an upper and lower mobile mandril mechanism (3), a tow attachment (4), an electricity-acquisition bracket (5) and an access apparatus. The access apparatus and the tow attachment (4) are detached completely. The access apparatus and the current-collecting mobile trolley (1) can be detached or attached by a coupling mechanism. The vertical and horizontal orientations of the mobile trolley are implemented in two steps to ensure that the mobile trolley enters the rails smoothly and the impact is reduced during the course of entering the rails. After the mobile trolley entered the rails, the access apparatus and the mobile trolley are detached. The mobile trolley is draught by the elastic tow attachment (4) to ensure that the brushes of the current collector are imported or exported smoothly and reliably. The mobile trolley also can be used even if uneven settlement is obvious in the yard.
