PURPOSE: An enhancement type signal dualization system based on mechanical charges is provided to secure the reliability of an enhancement type signal dualization system by using temporarily power sources. CONSTITUTION: A line dualization unit(40) arranges line structure for a control server(16) at a dual structure. The line dualization unit switches lines in a predetermined time cycle by checking a line between a dualization board(50) and the control server. The dualization board processes synchronization for preventing signal omission. A dualization signal processing unit processes the board switching control of the dualization board and a line switching.
