The apparatus permits the approach of a room temp. to a set temp. upon dehumidifying operation and stabilizes the room temp.. A humidity is controlled by a room humidity detected by a humidity sensor(66), and a set humidity set in a humidity setter(68), only when the room temp. detected by a room temp. sensor(65), is in a set temp. zone enclosed by a first reference temp higher than a set temp. and a second reference temp. lower than the set temp.. When the room humidity is increased to a value higher than the set humidity, the dehumidifying capacity of a refrigerant evaporator as well as the heating capacity of a hot water type heater are increased by one rank. When the room humidity is lower than the set humidity, the dehumidifying capacity of the refrigerant evaporator and the heating capacity of the hot water type heater are reduced by one rank to approach the room humidity to the set humidity without keeping the room temp. away from the set temp.. |
