PURPOSE: An air vane motor equipped with a liner is provided to lift a liner using expansive force when centrifugal force is insufficient due to the low speed rotation of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: An air vane motor equipped with a liner comprises a casing(110), a rotor(120), a plurality of wings(130) and a liner(140). The liner is installed in a distal end portion(131) of an inside surface(115) of the casing. The liner is connected in order to rotate in the end part of the wing. A groove is formed in the end part of the wing. A protrusion is inserted into groove and is formed in the lower-part of the liner. The liner is installed in the wing. The liner comprises a first plate and a second plate. The first plate is extended to side part from the central part of sheet form. The second plate is extended as the direction corresponding to the first plate.
