PURPOSE: A chair having neck rest is provided to have rotatable neck rest, thereby alleviating the strain of neck, and to maintain right posture. CONSTITUTION: A chair having neck rest comprises a seat part(10), a back part(20), a connect part(40) in which one end is connected to the back part rotatably; a neck rest(30) connected to the other end of the connect part rotatably, and a control unit for controlling the location of the neck rest. The control unit fix-installed to the back part, and comprises a fixation part having a plurality of teeth, and a rotatable stopper, which is elastically connected to the fixation part, connected to the connect part.
