PURPOSE: A motor driving 4WD vehicle is provided to maintain an advantage of a motor driving 4WD improving a heavy load characteristics and a low fuel efficiency and not to require a design change of a power train due to a field winding type generator. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving 4WD vehicle comprises a vehicle battery(3), a motor(9), and an integrated charging module(4). The vehicle battery is charged by an alternator(2) driven by an engine(1). The motor operates as a generator in general driving. The motor drives rear wheels by transferring a torque to a reduction gear(10) installed in the real wheels in 4WD driving. The integrated charging module is installed between the alternator and motor and charged with electricity. The integrated charging module is composed of a super capacitor(6), a quick charger(5), and an inverter(7) which are compactly integrated.
