PURPOSE: A flat panel display device and a ring oscillator used in the same are provided to reduce the volume of the flat panel display device while having a noise image prevention function. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(DISPAN) comprises a plurality of pixels A plurality of source driver circuits(SDC1-SDC5) is included corresponding to a plurality of driver chips(DRC1-DRC5). A reference signal generation circuit controls the plurality of source driver circuits. The reference signal generation circuit comprises a plurality of inversion devices(MINV1-MINV5).
