PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing UV pattern films using a roller and bend is provided to manufacture a laminated transfer film using a roller and pattern band in a roll to roll method. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing UV pattern films using a roller and bend comprises first and second rollers(100,110), a pattern band(150), an UV resin jetting unit(200), a base film(300), an UV lamp(600), and a protective film(500). The first and second rollers are installed at a regular interval. A micro-pattern(102) is formed on the surface of the pattern band. The pattern band is wound around the first and second rollers. The UV resin jetting unit dies of resentment the UV resin on groove between the surface patterns of the pattern band. The UV lamp hardens the UV resin spread on the surface of the pattern band. The protective films are installed on the first roller to be vertically separated in a fixed interval. The protective film protects eyesight of a user from the light of the UV lamp.
