PURPOSE: A display stand is provided to selectively display objects to horizontal state of inclinational state, and to adjust the height of a display shelf, thereby situating the height of the display shelf. CONSTITUTION: A display stand(110) comprises four support rods(110), a fixation holder(154), which is inserted and fixed to four support rods, make the four support rods one body by interconnecting by a fixation frame, a pair of height-adjustable hinge holders(120), which is installed to two adhering support rods among the four support rods, capable of controlling the height, a display shelf(152) installed to each pair of hinge holders, and one or more pair of holders(128) height-adjustable and rotatable, which is installed the other two support rods. The display shelf is arranged to horizontal or inclinational according to the height adjustment of the hinge holders and the holders.
