PURPOSE: A book holder is provided to correct the postures of readers by including a unit for adjusting the length and the height of the book holder and adjusting the slope of the book holder. CONSTITUTION: A book holder includes two parallel bars(201). Supports(102, 202) of different heights support the two parallel bars. A first parallel bar of low height is arranged at the front side of the book holder. A second parallel bar of high height is arranged at the rear side of the book holder. The book holder includes a holding supports(401, 402). Books or lap-tops are loaded on the holding supports. A fastening part(500) is formed at the upper rear side of the holding supports. The fastening part is fastened with the second parallel bar. The lower side of the holding supports is supported by the first parallel bar to secure a pre-set slope. The book holder includes a parallel-bar length adjusting unit(302) and a support height adjusting unit(301).
