PURPOSE: A lamp apparatus is provided to improve the degree of freedom in an installation by including a heat sink which horizontally discharge heat from a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(110) includes a ring structure(111), a plurality of pins(113), and a planar surface(115). The ring structure has an inner side and an outer side for forming an opening in the center thereof. The planar surface is vertically extended on the outer side of the ring structure. A substrate(130) has the top side in contact with the planar surface of the heat sink. A plurality of light emitting diodes are radially extended and arranged on the bottom side of the substrate. |
