According to the invention, the variable regulator comprises three independent single-phase variable regulators (Vr, Vs and Vt) for each phase R, S, T, controlled by means of some phase microcomputers (Mfr, Mfs and Mft) controlling some line contactors (K1r, K1s and K1t) or bypass contactors (K2r, K2s and K2t), according to internal information relating to an input voltage Ui, an output voltage Ue, an output current Ie and some commands received on a bus (I2C) from a local microcomputer (MI), where the variable regulator may function in independent condition or may be included in complex systems for monitoring and centralized controlling with serial GSM/GPRS communication, Internet communication or combined communication.</p> |
