PURPOSE: An instant coffee mix containing lactic acid producing bacillus is provided to offer a digestion function improvement effect, and a constipation and pollinosis treating effect to users. CONSTITUTION: An instant coffee mix containing lactic acid producing bacillus is obtained by the following steps: stirring 34.14-54.14wt% of vegetable cream, and adding 34.14-54.14wt% of lactic acid producing bacillus into the cream before stirring again using a weightless mixer; and adding 8.3-20.66wt% of freeze-dried coffee powder and 34.14-54.14wt% of sugar into the obtained mixture. The lactic acid producing bacillus is bacillus coagulans.
