PURPOSE: A water level indicator of a boiler for a hot water mat, which can interact with an indirect water level sensor, is provided to enable a user to recognize a water level from outside. CONSTITUTION: A water level indicator of a boiler for a hot water mat comprises a detection unit(S100), an integrating unit(S200) and a display unit(S300). The vibration pulse voltage passing through a standard capacitor generates electrostatic capacity(CS) with the water of a water bottle(100) through a thin film type conductive material(1). The integrating unit integrates the mean voltage converted into direct current. The distributed capacity detected through the detection unit changes in the value of the electrostatic capacity into the inverse proportion.
