摘要 A device for determination of conversion characteristic integral nonlinearity of analog-to-digital converters (ADC) relates to measurement technique and metrology and can be used in micrometrical measurement technique, information and control systems for determination and correction those components of ADC errors that are caused by nonlinearity of the real transformation characteristics thereof. To the device comprising a reference voltage source, equal resistors and a circuit changer, four switches are incorporated, control inputs of which are united. Inputs of the device are connected to resistor leads, output- to ADC input. Output of the first switch is connected to first lead of the first resistor, second lead of which is connected to first lead of the second resistor. Output of the second switch is connected to second lead of the second resistor; output of the third switch is connected to first lead of the third resistor, second lead of which is connected to first lead of the fourth resistor. First input of the first switch and second input of the second switch are connected to first output of the reference source; first input of the fourth switch and second input of the third switch are connected to second output of the reference source. Moreover, first inputs of second and third switches are united, as well as second inputs of first and fourth switches. The technical result is in improvement of nonlinearity errors correction up to fourth order provision of ADC calibration test with error smooth function at the operational location.
