A device for work with ice and/or compacted snow, and/or earth includes base of the device, vibratory drive and at least one executive device inclined with working base down, and installed on/in a pin. The pin is placed on/in the base of the device with possibility of rotation with respect to geometrical axis of rotation. The device has at least one scarifying element placed in zone of predicted motion of the pin.
