FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of solutions with water-soluble sulphide with addition of acid and deposition of copper sulphide. After the deposition there performed is filtration on a press filter with extraction of copper sulphide and treatment of filtrate with alkali solution. Copper sulphide deposition and cyanide regeneration is performed prior to gold extraction.
