PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition using pears and Angelicae gigantis Radix is provided to reduce side effect and to neutralize toxicity of the pears. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for moisturizing, dead cell removal, acne treatment contains crude drug extract including pears and Angelicae gigantis Radix. The cosmetic composition contains the Angelicae gigantis Radix extract which is prepared by mixing 40 g of Angelicae gigantis Radix and 200 g of water, thermal treatment, and filtering. The cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing 96-97 of pear juice and 3-4 g of the Angelicae gigantis Radix extract and thermal treatment at 100 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
