The invention relates to devices for control of position of level of melt in devices for control of process of monocrystal (MC) growth by continuous drawing from melt and can be used in production of large-scale alkaline-haloid scintillation MC. The device includes mechanically connected to each other probe with sensor of its displacement and electric motor with control system that includes block of data processing, controller for control of the motor and circuit for determination of contact probe-melt first output of which is connected to the first input of the controller, the first input/output of the block for data processing is connected to the system of control of monocrystal growth. The probe is electrically connected to the circuit for determination of the contact probe-melt. To the device logical circuit on elements “AND” and “NOT” is additionally included, and a reversible pulse counter, at that the output of the probe displacement indicator is connected to the first input of the logical circuit the second input of which is connected to the first output of the circuit for determination of contact probe-melt and the first input of the controller for control of motor, the first and the second outputs of the logical circuit are connected to the inputs of the direct and reverse count of reversible counter, respectively, its third input is connected to the second output of the system for determination of contact probe-melt, and the output – to the second input of the data processing block, at that the output of the data processing block is connected to the second input of the controller. The device proposed provides increase of reliability of control of monocrystal growth and thus quality of those with increase of service life of movable parts of the level control device due to increase of probability of results of measurement. |
