PURPOSE: An extraction method of sap from vegetables and trees, and an extract obtained therefrom are provided to obtain the sap from root vegetables including sweet potato and dioscorea japonica, and trees including rhus verniciflua and acanthopanax. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of sap from vegetables and trees comprises the following steps: peeling the skins from root vegetables or the trees using a sharp tool, or tearing leaves or breaking branches from the trees; and collecting the sap from the prepared ingredients by drying the sap extracted from the plants, crushing the plants, dipping the plants in water, or distilling the obtained sap.
